Hire Terms

Deposits
If you do not have an account, we'' ask you for a deposit.

This is usually equivalent to two weks hire - you can pay this by cash or credit card. We will balance the payment when you return the equipment.

Terms and conditions
Full details of the Terms and Conditins can be found on all our hire contracts, and are sent to all trade cusrtomers when they open an account with us.

Hire periods - definitions
We try to be flexible to meet your needs. 'One day' means up to 24 hours; so you could be working across two days. 'two days' means 48 hours - however, four days and over constitutes one weeks hire.

Weekend rates are available - please ask for details.

Cleaning
We expect to work with clean equipment as you probably do. We normally clean equipment when you return it to us - free of charge. We reserve the right to make a charge for equipment returned in an exceptionally dirty state.

Sale or return
It is very important that you have enough accessories ready while you're working, but you don't want to buy more than you need. Rhino Fixings and Tool Hire will provide you with all you need on a sale or return basis. You wont be charged for items you don't use.

Off hire
When you return the equipment, or have it collected by us, you need proof of return - and official 'collection note' or 'returns note' number. If off hire by phone - please be sure to obtain your off hire number to avoid any misunderstandings.

Advance Bookings
We try to carry large stocks and most products, even unusual ones are available. It's easy to reserve equipment - JUST CALL US!

PLEASE NOTE: Insurance is the responsibility of the person or persons hiring the equipment.
